Amateur boxers from all around the area are preparing for the 1942 Golden Gloves District Tournament in Fort Worth, Texas. Kenneth Bellmard is a 16-year old entrant in the bantamweight, Class A division for inexperienced fighters. Kenneth recently moved to Fort Worth, Texas, from Oklahoma. He is shown practicing his fighting stance in front of a fireplace at the Medical Arts building.
