Description
A group consisting mostly of school children, are shown getting on bus for a Junior League art education program. Standing by the bus are Mrs. Frances Beeson Smith (left) and Miss Virginia Fritz, teachers. The duo are shown grinning as they watch the children climb onto the bus taking them to the local library. Most of the children are dressed in thick winter coats or jackets. Many of the boys and girls are also wearing hats and scarves. Mrs. Beeson and Miss Fritz are also wearing coats and Mrs. Beeson is wearing a wide-brimmed hat, as well. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Sunday Edition March 8, 1942.
