Arthur Zappe of Mineral Wells, Texas riding "Chicolinda" Palomino owned by Hal Peterson of Kerrville, Texas at the West Texas Fair, Abilene, Texas. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 2, 1941.
