Description

Dean Tabke, 12, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Tabke, of Moville, Iowa, is standing beside the Texas-bred Aberdeen-Angus calf he is feeding for winter livestock shows. The calf's owner intends to exhibit first at the Moville County Fair and then at the District 4-H Show at Sioux City, Iowa. The calf was bred by Bill Adams, ranchman in the Big Bend area of Southwest Texas. Dean is wearing trousers and no shirt. In the background is a farmhouse.
