Description

The Texas State Democratic Convention is getting under way in Mineral Wells, Texas. Some of the familiar faces in attendance are left to right, Mrs. Sam R. Greer, Miss Mary Dunbar, Miss Josephine Terry, Mrs. A. J. Cook, and Bascom Giles. Mr. Giles, the Land Commissioner is greeting delegates. He is dressed in a light suit and holding his hat. Mrs. Greer, of Tyler, Texas, is wearing a full-button shirtwaist dress, gloves, and a pearl necklace. Miss Dunbar is an editor from Palo Pinto, Texas. She is wearing a hat, shirtwaist dress, and gloves. Miss Terry is wearing a hat, pearl necklace, and a dress. Mrs. Cook of Mesquite, Texas, is wearing a hat and a dark colored dress.
