Description
The Texas State Democratic Convention is getting under way in Mineral Wells, Texas. Carson County has the distinction of being the first county in Texas to raise its full quota for the National Democratic war chest. Left to right are, W. L. Boyles and Myron G. Blalock. Mr. Boyles, of Panhandle, Texas, is presenting a check for $329. He is dressed in a light colored suit. Mr. Blalock is the national committeeman for Texas. He is wearing a double breasted suit.
