The Texas State Democratic Convention is getting under way in Mineral Wells, Texas. Discussing politics are left to right, Kirby Jackson and Frank Fallis. Mr. Jackson is a member of the Hill County delegation. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Mr. Fallis, of Hico, Texas, is chairman of the Hamilton County delegation. He is wearing a pinstripe suit and smoking a cigar.
