The defense program is building an Army Air Corps training base in San Angelo, Texas. The contractors and engineers are setting a fast pace to finish the construction. Workers are shown operating power saws and cutting pieces of wood down to length. There are stacks of lumber and plywood in the area. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 15, 1940.
