The defense program is building an Army Air Corps training base in San Angelo, Texas. The contractors and engineers are setting a fast pace to finish the construction. Captain R. J. Harrison is the assistant construction quartermaster. He is shown at his desk, looking through a ledger and smoking a pipe. He is dressed in a collared shirt and a striped necktie. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 15, 1940.
