The defense program is building an Army Air Corps training base in San Angelo, Texas. The contractors and engineers are setting a fast pace to finish the construction. Workers are shown unloading bags of cement and putting them into the cement mixer parked under a bridge. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 15, 1940.
