    Description

First Senior Yearling Bull at Dallas -- Wyoming Hereford Ranch (WHR) Royal Triumph, that placed first among the bulls calved between Jan, 1, 1939, and April 1, 1939, at the National Hereford Show at the State Fair of Texas in Dallas. This champion was owned and exhibited by the Wyoming Hereford Ranch at Cheyenne, Wyoming. Winning in competition with 29 others in his class, this bull vanquished a number that made the judging difficult. The winning bull is pictured here. There is a man standing at the right, holding the bull's lead rope. A couple of bulls from the yearling class are in the background. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 11, 1940.
