Was Winner in State Fair Show -- Texas breeders had hard sledding in the classes for Hereford females at the State Fair of Texas livestock show this week, and Blue Bonnet Dominic 41st, was the only Texas animal to take a first place. Owned by W. J. Largent & Son of Merkel, Blue Bonnet stood first in the big class for females -- that for heifers calved between September 1, 1939, and December 31, 1939. Blue Bonnet is pictured here.
