Description

J. O. Stimson, left, president of Scurry County Chamber of Commerce, and Robert G. Dillard, secretary manager of the chamber, celebrated the first anniversary of the discovery of oil in the Sharon Ridge pool of Southwestern Scurry County. The men are standing in front of a building. Mr. Stimson is wearing a double-breasted suit and eyeglasses. Mr. Dillard is wearing a suit with a checkered tie.
