Texas Christian University football player Kyle Gillespie, junior quarterback, showing his knee operation to captain Clarence Alexander, left and Connie Sparks, right. The players are all wearing short-sleeved shirts and long pants while Mr. Gillespie is also wearing glasses, a cowboy hat, socks pulled up to his calf, and raised shoes. Mr. Gillespie has his left pant leg pulled p past his knee and is pointing to a scar on that knee. Mr. Alexander and Mr. Sparks have their hands on the knee and our looking at the scar.
