Description
Among the thousands who attended the West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention at Big Spring, Texas, were, left to right, George Elliott Junior, director from Odessa, Texas, Pete Smith, manager of the Plainview Chamber of Commerce, and Jerry Debenport, manager of the Odessa Chamber of Commerce. Elliot is wearing a suit and a hat with a band around it that reads "Odessa." Smith is wearing a double-breasted suit and a hat. Debenport is wearing a pinstripe, double-breasted suit, a hat with a band around it that reads "Odessa," and eyeglasses.
