Joe Pickle, Bob Whipkey and Joe Hayden, who are in charge of publicity for the the annual West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention, to be held at Big Spring, Texas, on May 16, 17 and 18, 1940. They are standing against a blank wall. Pickle is wearing a collared shirt, a necktie, a leather coat and trousers. He is holding a cigarette in his right hand. Whipkey is wearing a three-piece suit. Hayden is wearing a suit with a pinstripe shirt.
