Attendees at the East Texas Chamber of Commerce Convention in Marshall, Texas, included (left to right) Grady W. Shipp, of Longview, Texas, H. E. Rogers, of Lufkin, Texas, and Ed Burhis, Manager of the Shreveport (Louisiana) Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Rogers is resting his hands on Mr. Shipp's and Mr. Burhis' shoulders. The men are all dressed in suits and brimmed hats. Mr. Rogers is also wearing a pair of round-framed eyeglasses. Mr. Shipp is holding a cigarette in his right hand.
