Some of the people from Big Spring, Texas, who will be sponsoring and providing entertainment during the annual West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention, to be held at Big Spring, Texas, on May 16, 17 and 18, 1940. They are, left to right, Ruth Sparks, Olyne Chumley, Stella Flynt and Hazel Hanson. They are standing against a blank wall. Miss Sparks is wearing a dress with a wide belt at the waist. She is holding a purse in her left hand. Miss Chumley is wearing a polka-dot dress. Miss Flynt is wearing a short-sleeve blouse, a skirt and cameo brooch necklace. Miss Hanson is wearing a plaid blouse, a blazer and a skirt.
