Description
Members of the decoration and parade committee who are preparing for the annual West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention, to be held at Big Spring, Texas, on May 16, 17 and 18, 1940. The members are, left to right, Cliff Wiley, Jake Douglass and Burke Summers. The men are standing against a blank wall, all wearing suits. Douglass is wearing eyeglasses. Wiley is turned slightly to the right, facing Douglas. Summers has a plaid handkerchief in his jacket breast pocket.
