Description
Members of the entertainment committee who are preparing for the annual West Texas Chamber of Commerce convention, to be held at Big Spring, Texas, on May 16, 17 and 18, 1940. The members are, left to right, Bill Tate, chairman, Mary Whaley, and Matt Herrington, assistant manager of the Big Spring Chamber of Commerce. They are standing against a blank wall. Tate is wearing a double-breasted, pinstripe suit. Miss Whaley is wearing a checkered dress that has buttons down the bodice. Herrington is wearing a suit and a plaid necktie.
