Description
The school district is planning to abolish Greek Letter Organizations in Fort Worth High Schools. Fraternity boys and sorority girls are meeting at the Hotel Texas to protest the plan. Left to right on the front row are, Marjorie Lewis, Emma Moyer, Patricia Donoghue, Ellen Marie Gallagher and Ann Fite. Just behind them are, Paul Rogers, George Stroud, Bobby Saam, J. C. Nelson, Georgia Lewis, and Alfred McNight. Seated on the third row are, Jimmie Getz, Elmo Webb, Thomas Gillis and John C. Ryan III. Standing, Rufus Garrett, David Phillips, David Poindexter, Charles Moffatt, Jack Chambers, Jack York, and Alex Joiner.
