Arlington Heights High School vs. Polytechnic High School basketball game with Tommy Taylor and Joe Burdett. In the picture, Poly's Taylor (5) dribbles the ball into Arlington Heights' Burdett hitting him right shoulder to shoulder causing a foul in the first half of the game. There are two other unidentified players on the court and the referee. All players are wearing their school's jersey, socks, and sneakers while some also have knee pads. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, January 29, 1948.
