Benbrook Dam. Ground breaking. A GROUP OF MEN ARE STANDING OUTDOORS AT THE SHORE IN FRONT OF WATER AND BESIDE A SIGN THAT SAYS "Benbrook Dam Under Construction by Corps of Engineers War Department Galveston Engineer District". There are about four men standing on the left of the sign and another four standing at the right. Some of the men are wearing suits, or long sleeve shirts with pants and a jacket while others are in their military uniform.
