Benbrook Dam. Ground breaking. Mr. Amon Carter Sr. is standing in between two unidentified men and the three of them are holding a shovel and digging the ground. The man beside him on the left of the picture is also holding a wooden flag. The man on the left is wearing a long sleeve shirt and pants with a tie while Mr. Carter is dressed in a suit and tie with a hat and the man to the right is wearing his military uniform. Mr. Carter and the man to the right are also sticking opposite foots out in front of the shovel. There are people in the background watching.
