Description
Phillip Reed Webster grinned to learn he'd hit the feathered jackpot in the Ark Fund love bird contest. His pair of love birds (smootchy as all get-out, one of the onlookers said) came with housing problem already solved. He won the cage too. Phillip is shown with his pair of love birds in their cage. An unidentified female youth is also standing next to the cage. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram Morning Edition June 11, 1947.
