McDermott, left, and her granddaughter, Alice McDermott at Municipal Airport. Mrs. Borden is a member of the pioneer Texas family for which the county of Borden is named. They are standing outside in front of the plane. Mrs. Borden is wearing a dress, hat and eyeglasses. Mrs. McDermott is wearing a blouse, skirt and hat and is holding a coat.
