The Texas Oklahoma Shoe Retailers Association is holding their annual convention at the Hotel Texas. Miss Dorothy Mae Campbell is a model at the convention. She is looking at a pair of silk hose, dreading the day when they begin raising the prices. The prices are due to rise because the war in Europe.
