Description
A 32-ton M32 tank recovery vehicle brought from Lima, Ohio to Fort Worth. The tank is to be used in the training of Headquarters and Headquarters Service Troop of the 49th Reconnaissance Squadron. There is an unidentified man standing on top of the tank wearing a cow boy hat and two unidentified men standing on the ground with one of the men a little far from the tank. The tank is on top of a bed on the rail road track. There is grass around and a building. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, March 26, 1947.
