Description
Seated left to right are Lorayne Griffin, Helen Cunningham, Joe Conway, Glynn Deen Butterfield and Don Christian, cast members of "Little Geraldine," a play presented by the January graduating class of Riverside High School. In this scene, they are casually seated and in a conversation. They are in seaters with the letter "R" on them, except for Ms. Cunningham who is in a shirt and skirt. On the wall behind them are two pennants. One reads "Texas A & M," and the other, "Vernon VA." The three-act comedy was written by Boyce Loving, 1938 graduate of Riverside. Miss Elizabeth Ann Putman, assisted by Earl Morris directed the play, which is performed for two nights at the school auditorium. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, January 11, 1940.
