C. F. Dunagan is a Bert & Steve taxi driver in Fort Worth, Texas. On Monday morning, he picked up a fare on the North Side - Mrs. Solia H. Saucedo. They were on the way to the hospital when Mrs. Saucedo delivered a six-pound baby girl. Mr. Dunagan sped the rest of the way to the hospital, safely delivering the twenty-eight year old mother and newborn Mary Ellen. Mr. Dunagan is pictured inside his taxi, dressed in a peaked cap, button-up shirt, and trousers.
