B. F. Wilkins, 74-year-old retired Texas & Pacific Railway (T&P) conductor is a patron of Forest Park Zoo, Fort Worth, Texas, for 18 years. He makes daily trips to the zoo to feed and talk to his animal friends. He is dressed in suit, tie and hat and holding a small sack of food. Mr. Wilkins is meeting and feeding animals at the zoo.
