Description

Dave Franklin Jarvis is on trial for the murder of Ivan J. Poole. Participating in the trial, left to right, are Noah Roark, Miss Cletha Griffin, and Assistant District Attorney Young. Mr. Roark is a Dallas, Texas, defense attorney. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Miss Griffin, a witness, was called into the Criminal District Court. She is wearing a dark dress and a fur coat around her shoulders. Attorney Young is dressed in a three-piece pinstripe suit and is smoking a cigarette.
