Jaycee membership drive with (from left) Frank Ligon, Vergal Bourland and J. D. Craig. Mr. Bourland is shown seated between Mr. Ligon and Mr. Craig at a desk covered in a variety of papers and forms. The three are looking over sponsored memberships for their membership drive. Mr. Craig is handing Mr. Bourland a fountain pen while Mr. Ligon holds a small member's plaque for the commerce.
