Description
The Will Rogers Range Riders are traveling by special train from West Texas to the capital, Austin, Texas Ninety horses and 150 riders will participate in Governor Beauford Jester's inaugural ceremonies. Pictured inside one of the cars, left to right, are Delbert Dalby, John Wiggins, E. H. Foster, and V. W. Killough, all of Amarillo, Texas. Mr. Dalby and Mr. Wiggins are president and vice president of the organization, respectively. The men are dressed in cowboy hats, dark button-up shirts, and trousers.
