Description
The Will Rogers Range Riders are traveling by a special train from West Texas to the capital, Austin, Texas. They are set to perform in Governor Beauford Jester's inaugural ceremonies. Ordering dinner in the dining car, left to right, are Virgil Reagor and Gene Chapman, both of Amarillo, Texas. They are dressed in dark collared shirts, neckties, and cowboy hats. In total, 90 horses and 150 riders are traveling aboard the train.
