Description
The city of Fort Worth, Texas, is holding a Red Cross First Aid campaign. The Fort Worth Police Department is participating in the training. R. R. Howerton (in civilian clothes) is a Red Cross first aid instructor for the police department. He is showing Officer H. L. Stephenson how to apply artificial respiration to J. W. Tindall. Officers W. M. Nelson (left) and F. R. Crow are observing the technique. The four officers are dressed in their police uniforms. Mr. Howerton is wearing a striped suit.
