Description

Southwestern Bell Telephone Company radiotelephone. Mayor Roscoe Carnrike, left, calling his wife, as Ed Ernest, division manager of Telephone Company, aids. The two are shown sitting in an automobile as Mr. Ernest holds the radiophone and explains to the Mayor how to use it. Mr. Ernest sits next to him in the the driver's seat. Both men are wearing dark suits with a brimmed hat. Mr. Ernest is smiling.
