Description

Southwestern Bell Telephone Company radiotelephone. Mayor Roscoe Carnrike, left, calling his wife, as Ed Ernest, division manager of Telephone Company, aids. The two are shown sitting in an automobile as Mayor Carnrike talks on the phone with his wife. Mr. Ernest sits next to him in the the driver's seat. Mayor Carnrike is wearing a dark suit with a pair of eyeglasses and a brimmed hat.
