The Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in Fort Worth, Texas. In attendance, are Mr. and Mrs. C. Gardner Franks of Rocksprings, Texas. They have been in the business of raising sheep, goats, and cattle all of their lives. Mr. Franks is dressed in a cowboy hat and a three-piece suit. Mrs. Franks is the former Miss Ruth Stevenson, sister to Governor Coke Stevenson. She is wearing a hat, coat, and a fur stole.
