Description

The Texas Sheep & Goat Raisers Association is holding their annual convention in Fort Worth, Texas. In attendance, left to right, are Ray Willoughby, R. M. Hamilton, J. T. Davis, and Sayers Farmer. Mr. Willoughby is a past president of the state group and the current vice president of the national organization. He is dressed in a dark suit. Mr. Hamilton, of Del Rio, Texas, is wearing a suit. Mr. Davis, of Sterling City, Texas, is holding his hat and wearing a suit. Mr. Farmer, of Junction City, Texas is dressed in a three-piece suit.
