Description

The bi-district high school match-up between the Mineral Wells Mountaineers (dark jerseys) and the Waco Tigers is being held Saturday in Mineral Wells, Texas. The winner of the game will advance to the quarterfinals. Mountaineer tailback Duane Grissett (41) is shown running the ball down the middle of the field. He is breaking away from a tackle and preparing to stiff arm the approaching Tiger defender. Another Mountaineer back, Fine Dews (22), is peeling back to block number 75. The Waco Tigers went on to win the game 21-0.
