Leaders of the 8th Air Force are meeting at their headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas to discuss the post-war global strategy. Pictured left to right are Brigadier General Roger M. Ramey and Major General Clements McMullen. General Ramey is chief of staff of the 8th Air Force. General McMullen is the 8th's commanding general. Both men are dressed in their military uniforms.
