Description
"Bluebonnet Belle," a baby hippopotamus, upon her arrival at the Forest Park Zoo, Fort Worth, Texas. She arrived here Friday morning from Memphis, Tennessee. She snorted her approval of the new house and in a few minutes hit the water of her pool with a band and settled down to the business of receiving visitors who helped buy her through the Star-Telegram last spring. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 15, 1946.
