Crowds banked Main Street to view the first Fort Worth Armistice Day parade since war's end. At the reviewing stand at Hotel Texas are (left to right) Colonel A. D. Clark and Colonel H. T. Wheless, who reviewed the parade as representatives of the 8th Air Force at Fort Worth Army Air Field, and Lieutenant Colonel William H. Nelson Junior, commanding officer of the Fort Worth Army recruiting station. The men are seated with their hands clasped together on their lap.
