    Description

    Warren Smeby is the newly elected president of the North Side Kiwanis Club. He served as club secretary for six years and has completed eleven years of perfect attendance. Mr. Smeby is a veteran of the First World War and is a member of the American Legion. He is in charge of the Fort Worth office of the U. S. Department of Agriculture's Livestock Market Service. Mr. Smeby is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a double breasted suit. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 5, 1946.
