Charles A. Miller is a safety director for the Texas Company, based in Houston, Texas. He is in Fort Worth, Texas to speak at the second annual Industrial Institute at the Hotel Texas. Mr. Miller travels 35,000 miles across the country in his automobile each year, attending safety conferences throughout the country. He is shown standing against a wall, dressed in a pinstripe suit.
