The National Fashion Exhibitors opened its Fall market at the Hotel Texas. Miss Ella Webeforth, of Los Angeles, California, is modeling one of the outfits from the show. She is showing the use of the draped bodice and saddle drape skirt in evening clothes. She is standing in front of a window with the blinds partially shut and curtains pulled to the side.
