The National Fashion Exhibitors opened its Fall market at the Hotel Texas. Miss Loyce Nelson is modeling some of the accessories from the show. She is wearing a dress and a pompadour style hat of soft black velvet with white and pastel hand embroidered swan. The matching bag is edged with a soft wide ruffle.
