    A. S. Hargrove, left, postal inspector-in-charge in Fort Worth since 1943, turned over his job to William M. McMillan, a veteran of 20 years' postal service and an inspector at Shreveport for the last five years. They are show shaking hands behind an office desk. Hargrove will be reassigned. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 16, 1946.
