Description

Sergeant Frank Rainwater, is shown fastening a 1947 license plate to the bicycle of Bobbie McClendon. Sergeant Rainwater is the head of the Fort Worth Police Department's bicycle license division. He is preparing for the sale of 10,000 new tags, beginning Tuesday. He is dressed in a double breasted suit. Bobbie is the thirteen-year old owner of the bicycle. He is wearing a t-shirt and trousers. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Homer P. McClendon.
